On the inside you'll prefer the F-150.  The F-150 features a modern and stylish interior with higher quality materials.  It is incredibly functional and is stunning to look at.  If you choose to opt for a top-of-the-line Limited model, you'll be more than pleased with its level of luxury.  The overall design can be more of a personal preference, but the F-150 will speak to those looking for premium features and classic design while the Silverado is chunkier and features cheaper materials.

Engines

If you are in the market for a new truck chances are power is something you are looking for, and the F-150 has it.  The 2019 Chevy Silverado only offers four engine options, while the F-150 offers six! For the Silverado, you can choose a 310 horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder, a 355 horsepower V8, and a 420 horsepower V8.  There is also a 3.0-liter turbodiesel engine.

The F-150's engines include a base 290 horsepower V6, a 395 horsepower V8, a 250 horsepower turbodiesel, and three turbocharged V6 engines with horsepower ranges from 325 to 375 and a powerful 450.  No matter the task at hand the F-150 has an engine that can handle it.
