OTA stands for Over The Air. OTA technology will revolutionize how maintenance is carried out for all Ford vehicles, including the F-150. Many upgrades include updates to the Ford SYNC system to enhance one's entertainment and information center. Need a recall completed? If the update involves something in the computer system of the vehicle, Over the Air updates can keep the current software running until you can get to the Service Center to complete the recall. Over The Air updates can take place anywhere, and most of them are complete within just a few minutes.

Ford F-150s are Back in Production Again

Just a few days ago, the manufacturing plants located in Dearborn, Michigan, and the state of Kentucky opened up the production lines for building Ford vehicles, including the F150, once again. This means that the newest model of the Ford F150 has resumed production. In compliance with all new CDC guidelines, more stringent cleaning and social distance guidelines are being implemented in each plant.

Ford F150 for the New Model Year can be Ordered as Soon as July 15

Are you in the market for the latest model of the Ford F-150? As of July 15, 2020, you can begin to order your new F150. The Fourteenth Generation of the F-150 is slated to begin production in October 2020, but manufacturers hope that with production ramping up in October and November, customers can see delivery of the newest F150 before the end of the calendar year.
